Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions and billing arrangements between you and Pokypyu in connection with access to our educational platform and services available at pokypyu.info. By completing a purchase or enrolling in any paid offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
1. Scope of Application
These Payment Terms apply to all users who purchase, subscribe to, or otherwise obtain access to paid content, courses, programs, or features offered through Pokypyu. They supplement our general Terms of Service and, in the event of any conflict regarding payment matters, these Payment Terms shall prevail.
2. Pricing and Fees
2.1 Published Prices
All prices for courses, programs, and subscription plans are displayed on the relevant product or checkout page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pokypyu reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, provided that any change will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
2.2 Currency
Transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your payment method operates in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates and additional fees. Pokypyu is not responsible for any such charges.
2.3 Promotional Pricing
Discount codes, promotional rates, or limited-time offers are subject to individual terms communicated at the point of promotion. Promotional prices cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases and may not be combined unless explicitly permitted.
3. Payment Methods
Pokypyu accepts payment through the methods listed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and other electronic payment instruments. All payment data is processed by certified third-party payment processors. Pokypyu does not store full card details on its own servers.
You represent that you are the authorised holder of the payment instrument used and that sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.
4. Billing and Charges
4.1 One-Time Purchases
For single-payment products, the full amount is charged at the time of purchase confirmation. Access to the purchased content is granted upon successful payment verification.
4.2 Subscription Plans
Where a subscription model is offered, your payment method will be billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle — monthly or annual, as selected — until the subscription is cancelled. You will receive advance notice of the renewal amount where required by applicable law.
4.3 Instalment Plans
Where instalment payment options are available, each instalment is billed on the scheduled date using the payment method provided at enrolment. Failure to complete an instalment payment may result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.
5. Failed and Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, Pokypyu may attempt to process the charge again within a reasonable period. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid. Persistent payment failures may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services. You will be notified of any failed payment and given the opportunity to update your billing information.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction, except where Pokypyu is legally required to collect and remit such amounts directly. Where applicable taxes are collected by Pokypyu, they will be itemised at checkout or on your invoice.
7. Invoices and Receipts
A payment confirmation or receipt will be issued to the email address associated with your account following each successful transaction. Invoices may be requested by contacting us at help@pokypyu.info. It is your responsibility to retain payment records for your own accounting or tax purposes.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
8.1 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Payment Terms by reference. Eligibility may depend on the type of product purchased, the time elapsed since purchase, and the extent to which the content has been accessed.
8.2 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.
8.3 Non-Refundable Items
Certain products or services may be designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase. This will be clearly communicated before payment is completed. By proceeding with such a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the non-refundable nature of the transaction.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe an error has occurred in billing, you must contact Pokypyu at help@pokypyu.info before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Pokypyu reserves the right to contest chargebacks where evidence indicates that access to purchased content was provided as agreed.
10. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all charges incurred through your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account or payment method, you must notify us immediately at help@pokypyu.info. Pokypyu will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account credentials.
11. Changes to Payment Terms
Pokypyu may update these Payment Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing structures, or applicable requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify you by posting the revised terms on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of paid services after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
